I create my contemporary wall art pieces with mixed fiber mediums. I color my work with dyes, paints and stitches. In my recent work I weave transparent linen that I paint with simplified motifs both on the warp and the finished piece. Then I start working with the second layer using methods like painting, stitching and applique. This is the most challenging and exciting part of the process.
